The property is in an amazing location, right across from the beach and a lovely beach club / restaurant. It’s down the relaxed end of Santa Maria, we spent every day on the beach and it’s a very quick walk into town. It has amazing views and air con in the bedrooms.

It could be cleaner, and the lock stopped working so we had to spend a night with an unlocked door. However Mike did arrange to have this fixed the next day when we let him know.

Het uitzicht is geweldig. Mooie ligging direct aan zee.

De staat van het appartement is slecht. Het balkon inclusief het meubilair was erg stoffig. De ligbedden die er staan (op zijn kant) zijn overbodig. Afgezien dat ze erg vies zijn is er geeneens plaats voor. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken zijn van erg slechte kwaliteit. Deuren sluiten niet goed. Viezigheid in de keukenkastjes. De föhn en een lamp hebben we zelf moeten repareren. Het slot op de voordeur werkt niet goed. Er zou iets heel moois van gemaakt kunnen worden. Het is zo'n mooie plek en complex. De ligging maakt veel goed.
