Mi sono innamorata dell' appartamento appena l' ho visto su booking! Non solo è bello ma è pure ventilato. Non abbiamo completamente sofferto il caldo. E la vista sull' oceano è spettacolare. Il palazzo è silenzioso. L' appartamento è dotato di una comoda lavanderia esterna. E poi un giorno ho avuto una difficoltà e chi si occupa dell' alloggio è intervenuto tempestivamente e con gentilezza
Non c'è assolutamente nulla che non mi sia piaciuto però bisognerebbe scrivere nella descrizione che è un appartamento al terzo piano a piedi. Per me e i miei figli non è stato un problema ma delle persone anziane si troverebbero impreparate.

The rest of the accommodation facilities were completely fine, standard, and met our expectations for the stay.
There were many ants in the small double room; we tried using spray, but they kept appearing even though there was no food to attract them.

Lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment. All in good condition, with cooking facilities, TV, hairdryer, good wifi, etc as described. Property managers (Alba, Federica) were excellent - very communicative, helpful and prompt. The area and building is quiet at night, and we felt safe there as two females.
Guests should be aware that the apartment is located in an area that is currently under construction, so there is ongoing building work, some construction noise and debris around. Access to the apartment is currently via an unsealed road, so may not suit those with poor mobility. There are not yet many shops or cafes directly nearby, although that will probably change over time as the area develops. It is 15-20 mins walk to the centre of Santa Maria.

Casa in ordine e pulita.
Vista sul mare interessante.
Posizione lontana dal centro e dai servizi (es supermercati, ristoranti..)
La gestione dell'appartamento ha margini di miglioramento, ad esempio far trovare almeno due rotoli di carta igienica :)
