It was priced low and the view was absolutely amazing
There was spots around the apartment that definitely needed attention. Like patches of mold and cracks in the walls that needed to be addressed

The property was clean and very roomy and comfortable!
It was a little hot inside even with the AC on and all the door closed.

The full kitchen and the ocean
The construction that lasted from 8 AM to 4:20 PM he would drill for three minutes stop for a while drill again, and it went on for longer than expected. That was three or four days and honestly that scared my toddler. It would be nice to be informed about any type of construction prior to arrival.

Right on the beach and very spacious.
Carpet in bedrooms were really gross, bathrooms were not cleaned very well, and it needed a lot of updates.
