Very good location, private parking space available, great laundry room, very helpful and kind attendant, extremely clean and neat. A/c and all other utilities are brand new and functioning.
The beds are bit of low quality and a bit uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room could be bigger.

The hosts are incredible!! they helped us with everything we needed and recommended places to visit that we would never have seen without their help. The apartment is fine, clean, comfortable, close to the beach and the bus station, and you have parking, so important in Budva. Completely recommended!

Host was very nice and welcoming. We were given room with balcony which was even better.
Location was good, near beaches and city center (10-15 min walk). Neighbourhood is quiet.
Furniture is a bit outdated but considering price was affordable, we did not mind it.
We will consider this stay again and would recommend it.
Parking place is a bit crowdy, you have to pass the ramp which is controlled by the other host/hotel. The staff was always there to open it but we did not like the pressure to arrive earlier, we were affraid that there would be noone to open it.
Bathroom needs towel hangers.
