Poor quality furnishings eg uncomfortable sofas, small metal dining table, only 2 metal dining chairs for 3 people, Inadequate kitchen stock eg 1 only fork supplied, overly soft (low cost) mattresses, unsuitable high pillows - overall poor value for the cost of accommodation
