Please note that the camera only monitors noise levels and doesn’t record any footage. If the noise reaches 85dB or higher, we’ll be alerted, and we may review the camera footage. We kindly ask that all guests respect the quiet hours and rules to avoid any disruptions.
• In the Event of Non-Compliance:
We want everyone to enjoy their time here, but excessive noise or disturbances may lead to us having to cancel the remainder of your stay. We’re hopeful this won’t be necessary, but we take our community’s peace seriously.
• If You’re Planning a Party:
If you’re looking for a loud, party vibe, this might not be the right spot for you. Our space is best suited for guests who appreciate a relaxing and respectful atmosphere. If you’d prefer a more lively setting, please feel free to cancel your reservation early.

The property was fine and quite large and location was good with only a few blocks walk to the main dining and waterfront. Unfortunately, the unit was not clean to what should be standard. The tile flooring was clean, but we immediately had to vacuum (after emptying a full vacuum filter) all carpeted bedrooms. Items in pantry were dirty and the coffee/tea pot was put away with water still in it. Dusty and greasy stove, hood and appliances that we cleaned as well. We like to cook a few times and it can use an update to kitchen appointments (plastic plates and bowls, and pots and pans need replaced). No starter supplies like coffee, and no hair dryer. It’s a nice unit and would stay again if properly cleaned and updated amenities.
