Please note that the camera only monitors noise levels and doesn’t record any footage. If the noise reaches 85dB or higher, we’ll be alerted, and we may review the camera footage. We kindly ask that all guests respect the quiet hours and rules to avoid any disruptions.
• In the Event of Non-Compliance:
We want everyone to enjoy their time here, but excessive noise or disturbances may lead to us having to cancel the remainder of your stay. We’re hopeful this won’t be necessary, but we take our community’s peace seriously.
• If You’re Planning a Party:
If you’re looking for a loud, party vibe, this might not be the right spot for you. Our space is best suited for guests who appreciate a relaxing and respectful atmosphere. If you’d prefer a more lively setting, please feel free to cancel your reservation early.

The house was very clean,and adequately furnished. Large screen TV etc .the garden is quite neglected but that was not a problem at this time of the year as we sat indoors.The kitchen was very functional,induction cooktop and oven are very good, the new refrigerator is excellentwith modern design.just missing a few bits and pieces spatula, egg slide.The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. However,at this time of the year (June) we had chilly nights and one blanket on each bed was not enough. We borrowed Doonas from friends for extra warmth. No extra blankets were stored in cupboards.Bathroom clean and lovely design and decor.
