Fantastic location. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Very basic amenities eg coffee pods but no machine. Bring all your own supplies.

The downside was not the apartment but the process. Check in procedures were totally incorrect leaving us unable to access the key and stranded on a Saturday afternoon. Phone number supplied rang out. Fortunately an email got a response Quite a stressful experience.

Not enough simple necessities - eg: no extra toilet paper, no tissues, no tea bags, not enough blankets

Location was excellent, we had breakfast at the Watermark Hotel which was exceptional, will be going back there, the service was awesome. Had dinner at MarMor- Ardo which was fantastic.

The process for the key collection that I received from Holiday Hosting was incorrect, when I received my instructions firstly I was given 2 different lock box codes, so I called Holiday Hosting (2 days before arrival) and was told that there should only be one code? When we arrived you have to go to the building next door (Aquarius) and find the boxes near their reception, we could not locate the lock box as there are several, (there are 2 boxes with the number 2 on them) so after another 2 phone calls, we found out that it had been changed, the instructions stated that the box had a Unicorn sticker on it (not) Your instructions should be updated to stop any confusion. Also you state there is free parking, but I was told that we could not park in the carpark for U105 because the owners car was there, and as the weekend was very busy (Anzac Day, Football etc.) there was limited parking at Watermark and also on the street, maybe advise there is no parking onsite. Please make sure your instructions are clear and correct to avoid any confusion.

The property was clean and well presented

Everything was great. From beds to pool to washing powder for washing clothes. They thought of everything, even fresh milk when we arrived
