Квартира обошлась мне совсем недорого, поэтому её и выбрал несмотря на минусы. Огромная площадь, в принципе всё что надо есть и работает, машину без проблем можно припарковать прямо напротив окон. Кухня нормально оборудована, есть все необходимые мелочи, вроде соли, сахара, масла, моющих средств. Ванная комната большая, и тоже со всем необходимым, включая стиральную машину. Тихо, до моря не очень близко, но зато магазины совсем рядом.
Сама квартира довольно старая, мебель тоже. Из нового есть кондиционер, но он только один и находится в коридоре, летом этого совершенно недостаточно. Я был в середине июня и в первые дни мог обходиться без кондиционера, но не завидую тем кто окажется здесь в июле-августе. Причём хозяйка слишком уж настойчиво пыталась меня убедить не пользоваться кондиционером, дескать +30 градусов - это ещё не жарко. С мусором действительно не очень хорошо всё продумано, много возни. Вида никакого конечно нет ни в одну сторону, дворик тоже практически отсутствует, но это я знал.
