In via Renzo Laconi, a few steps from the beaches (650 meters) rent apartment in a newly built house, consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and balcony furnished with table and chairs for eating out. The house has a communal washing machine, available to guests, TV with digital terrestrial TV, the kitchen has an electric oven, fridge with freezer and large water reserve.
Upon request we also supply sheets and towels, a large garden and close to shops, ATMs, post offices and restaurants.
We can accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 people.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at Luigi's house.
Our apartment was very well furnished with everything that is useful for a summer holiday and very clean.
It is a bit away from Cala Gonone center, but the value for money is excellent.
The closest beach is down the street, a bit far away from the property if you want to walk with hot temperatures as we encountered during our stay, but it can be reached with a 2 minutes drive and there is a free parking lot where we never had issues to park in the morning and late afternoon.
The property was really calm during our stay.
Most of all, Luigi is a very welcoming host, very arranging for check-in and check-out procedures, giving lots of precious information for tourists, even offering us some delicacies and gifts for the kids.

Would definitely come back here if we visit Cala Gonone again in the future.

We came to the apartment way to early. Luigi the owner was there already and welcomed us. He then let us in the apartment 2h before checking. We had super nice 5 days. Luigi gave us some ideas and recommendations what to do, where to eat and where to by. We came without a car and he even offered us to drive our big first grocery shopping!! I would recommend staying with Luigi 3000% to everyone!!! You won’t be disappointed! We all had a wonderful week and we all would totally come again!!

Sehr schönes Ferienobjekt am Rande von Cala Gonone, sehr netter Vermieter. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Cala Conone ist ein hübscher Touristenort mit wunderschönen Stränden. Gleich am Ortseingang befindet sich die Doppelhaushälfte von Luigi. Das Haus besteht aus vier Ferienwohnungen . Luigi war nach unserem Anruf sofort zur Stelle und zeigte uns die Wohnung mit anschließender Beratung was man hier machen kann und wo man gut essen kann, das fanden wir Spitze. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und in einem super Zustand. Luigi spricht fliessend Deutsch und ist ein toller engagierter Vermieter.
Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche in der Casa Luigi sehr genossen.
