About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located on the first floor of a bright and welcoming house in the heart of Cala Gonone, just 50 meters from the beaches and the sea (1 MINUTE WALK). Surrounded by a large and cool fenced courtyard, equipped with a barbecue where you can also PARK YOUR CAR or MOTORCYCLE, the apartment consists of: n ° 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double and one with two single beds, n ° 1 bathroom with shower, n ° 1 kitchen-living room, n ° 1 large veranda where you can spend relaxing moments. Inside the apartment you will find: WI-FI internet connection, flat screen TV, washing machine, oven, 4 burner hob, fridge and freezer, iron with ironing board, drying rack, all the necessary accessories for cooking (e.g. pots, plates, cutlery etc.), bed linen and towels (sheets and towels).
From the apartment you will be able to easily reach all the services, a few meters from us there are supermarkets (2 minutes walk), tobacconists (3 minutes walk) bars (5 minutes walk) restaurants (3 minutes walk), pharmacy, church, as well as numerous colorful shops and stalls that you can visit during an evening stroll.
Finally, we will be able to assist you in organizing tours and excursions along the territory, both to the sea and to the mountains such as: mini cruises in the gulf, boat rental, dinners or typical lunches with the shepherd, excursions to the farm, etc).

The location is great - in the heart of town and within easy walking distance of the supermarket, the beach, and many restaurants. The flat was very clean and has a covered porch, which is a nice place for meals or just hanging out. There is some street noise and at times you can hear other tenants in the building, but this was not a problem for us. Antonio is a friendly host and he responded quickly when the washer wasn’t working. We cooked dinner some nights and the kitchen was adequate, but it would make life easier if it contained some basics like salt, sugar, and dish soap.

Die Gastgeberin Federica ist ausgesprochen nett, immer gut gelaunt, flexibel und zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit hilfsbereit!
Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Terrasse, die Sonnen-, Wind- und Regenschutz bittet. Wir haben uns überwiegend auf der Terrasse aufgehalten da es kein Wohnzimmer vorhanden ist, was aus der Beschreibung nicht wirklich ersichtlich war. Dafür verfügen die Betten in beiden Schlafzimmer über sehr gute Matratzen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, es war sehr kalt und windig. Da es in der Wohnung keine Heizung gibt, war Raumtemperatur analog Außentemperatur. Ich kann es mir gut vorstellen, dass diese Wohnung im Sommer schön kühl ist, aber wir leider zu einem falschen Zeitpunkt da waren.
