Horrendous

Location was close to the city centre and the outside was nice.

Dirty bathroom floor. Dirty duvet with a hole in it in the double room. Dirty freezer which needed defrosting (we wasted £60 in food that couldn't be frozen due to this) then did so by itself and caused a puddle of water in the kitchen. Leaky shower. Dripping toilet. No soap in the bathroom, it was empty. Blood stains on the mattress. TVs in both bedrooms did not work. The light for the single bedroom light was viable due to the cover being loose There was damp in the bathroom, the drain did not drain properly because it needed to be cleaned. We smelled cigarette smoke on one of the things we stayed which we believe was coming from the next door neighbours. The shelf above the bed in the single bedroom is unstable. . For £270 for two nights it wasn't worth it and given''x everything we have had we deserve a refund.

The shower . Smelt damp and obvious leak requiring repair. Shower head was loose and had to fashion a bag to keep it in place. Entry hall unkempt

Very good

Lovely flat, well maintained and cosy. 10 minute walking distance from the heart of the city. It was perfect for our stay in Inverness

Great location, clean, easy walk in to town.

Great location. Angus was very kind and responsive.

We had no hot water for a day and a half. Angus responded well when I figured out how to reach him. Thinking that little notes or book on where all the tricks are to get the hot water to start would be helpful.

Very comfortable & clean, close to city centre, would definitely consider staying again

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen had excellent cooking facilities and cutlery/crockery, and a fresh pint of milk in fridge. Coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, etc , also available. Apartment on quiet street, but less than a 10 minute walk from city centre.

Excellent location and facilities. They even provided air fryer, cooking oils and washing powder. Clean and comolfortable rooms.

Toilet clogged sometimes, but there's suction cup ready. Not a big issue during the stay

Very grotty. Outside stairs to entrance which wasn’t mentioned in description and stairs very dirty with a bucket of cigarette ends at door. Beds were clean and comfy but rest of the apartment very dirty and grotty. No grab rails in shower sink plug not working. Light switches in different locations to relevant rooms. No wardrobes. Cooker top rusty. Very small and cramped. Overall very disappointing.

Much better than expected

Flat is excellent, clean, spacious, excellent location. Within 15 minutes walk of the main restaurants. Landlady is really nice and helpful. Highly recommended and definitely will go back

Exceptional

The location was perfect for exploring Inverness without a car, and for getting to other places. The apartment was lovely, everything we needed and more with a cosy, homely vibe. There were lots of extra little touches that made all the difference, such as the things left for breakfast and the sweets left on the bed. I would stay again and would highly recommend.

Quite ok but it could use some thorough cleaning.

The location is great. Walking distance to the city centre and enough parking spaces.

It was not so clean, stains in the shower and I found 3 large hairs in bed suggesting it was not washed from prior use. Floors were dirty as well.

Die teuerste Unterkunft unserer 3-wöchigen Schottland und die aller schlechteste und enttauschendste

Leider gar nichts.

Der Außentreppe/Aufgang zum Wohnhaus dreckig und ungepflegt. Der Garten mit Mülltonnen eine hässliche Wildnis, das Tor herein kaputt. Die Wohnung selber war schmuddelig/nicht sauber - Wollmäuse unterm Küchentisch, abblätternde Farbe, Duschkabine fiel auseinander. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht, keine klaren Anweisungen für WLAN. Die Wohnung war auch verhältnismäßig teuer und ich frage mich warum. Traurig. Die Gastgeber sollen sich darum kümmern, dass die Wohnung richtig sauber und ansehend wird. Ich würde keine weitere Nacht darin verbringen wollen.
