This place is a true gem

The location is unbeatable — just steps away from charming cafés, local markets, restaurants, and cultural sights. being in the heart of the city makes everything so convenient. The apartment itself is immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Modern yet warm, with tasteful decor and high-quality furnishings, it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook a proper meal (though with so many amazing places to eat nearby, you might not use it much!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the fast Wi-Fi and smart TV, washer and dryer to the thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, fluffy towels. The host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making my stay perfect.

Perfect

Superb stylish apartment in a great central location. It is equipped with everything needed for a very relaxing stay. The balcony and underground parking are welcome bonuses. It was nice to be met by Alexandra who talked us through all the important details which are also provided in a very professional brochure. I have no hesitation recommending this apartment.

An exceptional apartment in the centre ville of Saint Brieuc and with parking .

The interior of the apartment was the best we have experienced. The fittings provided were to a very high standard.

A drying rack was nor provided. Also there were very few coat hangers. The garage had a very narrow entryway and is only suitable for a small car.

The flat was modern, clean and comfortable. It had everything we could need and it was in a great location right in the centre of town.

There was a terrible smell in the communal area outside the flat. But this isn’t really the hosts fault

Hochwertig ausgestattetes und sehr gepflegtes Apartment in zentraler Lage in Stadtzentrum. Restaurants und Supermarkt quasi vor der Haustür. Dennoch nachts ruhig. Unkompliziertes Check-in und -out per SMS.

Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist recht schmal und verlangt höchste Konzentration, sonst gibt es wirklich keine Kritikpunkte.
