Very kind owners letting a clean, tidy and air conditioned room provided with fridge and comfortable beds. Good location under the famous rocks of Belogradchik and nearby to the city center. There was a place to park our car in the parking slot of the house.

We were surprised by recently implemented water cut in the city of Belogradchik on the day of our arrival for which we were not informed, but owners assisted on the next day and all went well at the end.

Tanto la habitaciones como las zonas comunes son confortables y están muy limpias

Al llegar la casa estaba cerrada Llamamos dos veces al número que había en la puerta y no contestaron. Al cabo de un buen rato nos dijeron por sms en búlgaro que la habitación era la 4, que subiéramos. Le contesté por mensaje que la puerta estaba cerrada Dijo que vendría en 20-30 minutos… Luego que vendría en 10…. Y nunca vino. Por suerte llegaron otros huéspedes al cabo de una hora y nos abrieron. Encima la propietaria nos dijo a las 21h por mensaje que el agua no era potable, que la teníamos que traer nosotros. (A esas horas encontramos de milagro una tienda abierta) Y para acabar, resulta que había restricciones de agua entre las 22h y las 6 y no nos avisó, nos lo dijo una hiesped. En fn, que la casa está bien pero la gestión deplorable
