Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage et laissent passer le bruit de la rue, parfois animée. Peut-être des contraintes architecturales rendent les changements difficiles ?

I loved the location and the layout of the space. It was so ideal for the kind of experience I wanted to have. The loft space above made it easy for me and my good friend to rest privately without disturbing one another. The balcony overlooks the street below which was very refreshing to see. It is a walk-up, with a spiraling staircase so that felt quite magical to me. The shower was perfect! I only wish I stayed long enough to soak in the tub, it would have been a dream. The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly. Julien was like a long time friend and it was very nice to meet and learn about the space from him. I will return, and for longer!

This is simply a fair notice to any techies, or people who are traveling and working; there is no wifi in the space. I was fine with that, because it inspired me to go out into town and sit at a cafe to get any work done.

The flat is in the very centre of Montpellier and it is big and sufficiently clean. The host is very nice and supportive and we found the coffee machine with free capsules for us to use, as well as shampoo and shower gel.

The flat needs some refreshing, the furniture is basic and sometimes not in good condition (especially the arm-chairs). The bed is a bit small. In the bathroom the shower handset doesn't fit the clamp on the wall, so taking a shower was rather uncomfortable. During the weekend, the street can be very noisy at night.
