Great location, right in the historical center, 100m from the cathedral, 500m from the closest tram station, in a very quiet narrow street. Spacious 1BR apartment on ground floor, well equipped. Excellent and responsive service and prompt interventions on 2 minor problems (in 4 weeks) from the manager, Ronan.
minor opportunities for improvement: better mattress. Convertible sofa for occasional guests. And if heat waves were to be more and more frequent: time to think about aircon? Fortunately the walls are very thick and for the first few warm days the 2 fans were still sufficient for us used to tropical climate - with a stable (night and day) 27-28° inside temperature.

The location was very good, within easy reach of bars, restaurants, sights and a tram stop. The owners were very accessible and helpful. WiFi worked well, and the TV screen was of a good large size.
There was no air-con, but this wasn't a problem as the building remained cool at all times.

Tout était parfait Je recommande cet établissement qui en plus est situé dans la partie historique de Montpellier à quelques pas de la cathédrale Saint Pierre, de l'arc de Triomphe de l'esplanade du Peyrou, du jardin botanique,et à 10mn à pied de la place de la Comédie
