Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment's assets is its location. It is located :
- in the historic center of Montpellier ;
- close to a paying parking lot;
- 3 minutes' walk from a tramway;
- 13 minutes' walk from a "Carrefour City" supermarket for everyday shopping.
The building is old and the staircase is narrow, but there's plenty of character.
Access to the apartment will be difficult for people with reduced mobility.

The flat was a perfect location for exploring Montpellier. For anyone with mobility issues, I would not recommend it. I would definitely stay there again!
