    Property is ok. Good location, nice room. It’s just that, infant is also counted as occupant. So make sure to count each head as one to have a stress free vacation. Good thing that the owner has now updated his post to clarify this. This place is a condo and not a hotel or whatsoever, in which even a 1yo baby, who does not walk and talk yet, is counted. No signal for globe subscribers, not sure for smart. A separate payment is needed to avail the unit’s internet. You may bring your own internet though. Parking is costly, about 400php per day (30php 1st 3hrs, 10php succeeding hrs, 200php from 1am to 6am). There was no water supply in the building from dec 31 night time until we check out. Nevertheless, overall stay is still good and legit/ not scam. Book this place.

    Worst staycation we ever rented. We chose a room where we can cook. But right after we confirmed the booking, they are really hard to reach. we received a message saying that we can only do light cooking. Theres no such thing as light cooking. And the induction cooker cant even make a pan heated. We also requested for a smoking room, it was indicated in the booking but still put us in a non-smoking room. Tried calling them multiple times but the number provided is unattended. I texted it around 6 PM and they responded 5 PM the next day. They even sent a message that they need a late check-in fee of ₱300. We asked to have it waived but says that it is for strict compliance. But they did not requested us to pay for this.
