Property is ok. Good location, nice room. It’s just that, infant is also counted as occupant. So make sure to count each head as one to have a stress free vacation. Good thing that the owner has now updated his post to clarify this. This place is a condo and not a hotel or whatsoever, in which even a 1yo baby, who does not walk and talk yet, is counted.
No signal for globe subscribers, not sure for smart. A separate payment is needed to avail the unit’s internet. You may bring your own internet though.
Parking is costly, about 400php per day (30php 1st 3hrs, 10php succeeding hrs, 200php from 1am to 6am).
There was no water supply in the building from dec 31 night time until we check out.
Nevertheless, overall stay is still good and legit/ not scam. Book this place.

So my friends and I booked a room (di ko na lang specify yung room number para surprise! Haha!) If for short stay lang naman. Sobrang perfect to! Kasi yung view ng balcony ay tapat mismo ng taal lake. But! There's no wifi connection at super hina ng signal since nasa 23rd floor sya. Then, may multo! Hahaha! My friends and I were having a good time, biglang may sumabay na babae magsalita. Mocking my friend's voice. Then nanonood kami ng TV. Like naka TV mode sya, hindi namin hawak yung remote. Then biglang nag switch to menu option. Pero overall, goods sya! I will still recommend it! Palakasan lang ng guardian angel! 😁

Ok naman. I suggest i include nalang nila sa package free wifi kasi need pa namin mag add to avail internet during our stay. We were able to cook light meals the problem is if you have to chop something walang knife(I just don't know if its policy/for safety ) and wala din sponge sa kitchen huhu..I booked 3 adults and 2 kids the other one is 5 y/o and the other one is 1 y/o up to 4 lang max nila and I dont know bakit proceed ng booking sa agoda 3pax nalang nakalagay kaya we need to add another bayad for our baby. Ate was kind in assisting us tho, speedy replies din.overall ok naman would recommend this place naman
