Villa Cuesta de San Antonio,

The location is superb with wonderful views. It is high up over the port, but maybe difficult for very nervous drivers to negotiate the mountain road . A beautiful pool with large terraces and space for everyone

The only flaw was the hot water system which took a long time to get going and hardly reached upstairs. Apart from that , everything was excellent !

The villa is situated in a great location with stunning views on the sea and the valley. We stayed there for a week and enjoyed seaview breakfasts and dinners on two different terraces. Actually, the villa has two floors, each suitable for indepent living as they have separate entrances, kitchens, dining rooms and bedrooms. Thus, a big family can enjoy the holidays being together and at the same time having their own space. Both terraces are really unique - the one on the first floor has magnificient sea view, while the ground floor has a bit less of a view, but has a pool access. Each terrace has a shadow part (the upper has a roof part, the lower - motorized shed), so you are less dependent on sun. Another great part is the back yard. We've stayed in March and evenings were quite windy (mornings sometimes too). We could have breakfast or just enjoy the day in the back yard which is protected from wind and much more comfortable during windy days. It has two different dining areas, a swing, hammock, meditation area and barbeque. There is also a parking space for two cars in front of the entrance plus one more next to the garage doors. We've explored the area around and found a number of trails with really unique views, especially on the other side of the bay. A tip: to get there you need to drive till the very end of Xabia seaside road (if you look from Villa). It ends up with a small parking. From there you can walk along the sea, partly the road, and then you get to a number of very beuatiful spots with forest paths and infinite sea views. The lighthouse area, which is 3-4 minutes drive from the house is also nice. One more small tip: we've found really nice restaurant in the area called Masena. It's situated in 15 minutes drive from villa and seems to be a top place lost somewhere in villages.

The villa is situated high on the hill, so it takes around 10 minutes to get to the town by car. The road is rather narrow and is a real serpentine. It was not a problem for us, but you won't go to the sea and back many times throughout the day. Although very well maintained, the villa is not new. I think it's been built around 20 years ago, so there are some small details whish require improvement. We also had a poor internet connection. Christopher, the owner of the house, can provide you with a 4G modem should you need better speed. 4G as such has no issues - we've watched movies without a problem.

Villa with amazing views, especially from second floor. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very friendly and kind host.

Prácticamente nada, tan solo quizás el olor del aseo de la planta superior que olía a tubería , supongo de la falta de uso en el quizás ..
