The property was great on the outside, great pool and the garden were lovely and clean unfortunately the inside was not

The one toilet seat was loose and the other toilet had faulty flushing The bedspreads were stained and dirty The sheets and pillow cases had mouldy staines The mattresses were very uncomfortable and not enough pillows provided The cutlery draws were filthy The pots and pans were all filthy All kitchen utensils were not to a rental standard

A poorly managed property with electrics and equipment in desperate need of updating.

Large property, lots of space in the grounds and security was ok (property fenced and gated).

No instructions provided for the property and no emergency contacts. Only one front door key provided for a property that sleeps six. Fridge was not working upon arrival. Kitchen equipment was poor: broken mugs, not enough crockery for the size of the property and there were NO bowls at all. No fans provided (essential when no air conditioning and proximity to a noisy road). Hot water failed twice during a one week stay. Electrics completely failed when toaster was switched on and no instructions provided to restore power, nor how to open the electric gate in the event of an emergency. No pool net provided to remove floating debris.
