Lock box was easily accessible. An extra set of keys was left for us in the house itself. Communication was excellent.

The house is spacious and within a very quick drive to downtown. There is a little shortcut, if you want to walk, through the church grounds and into downtown, but you have to be brave because there's no footpath. The enclosed naya was lovely and warm, with the winter sun, a perfect place for relaxing. The outdoor patio was also a nice little sunny spot to relax. A well-equipped kitchen (for those of us who want to cook) and comfortable beds. It's not the most modern house, but it's comfortable.
The house is on a busy street and while you're close to downtown, I wouldn't recommend walking along the main route because there's no footpath and no shoulder. But, you can go a quicker way through Calle Finisterre, which means you're only on the busy street for about 50 metres.
