About this house rental
Traditional village house in Javea. Completely renovated.
The first floor features a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor has a full bathroom and a double bedroom.
On the top floor, there is an open-concept “cambra” with soaring ceilings and exposed beams. A small patio where you can have breakfast, sunbathe, or gather outdoors as night falls.
The house is located on a very quiet street in the historic district, surrounded by all kinds of amenities. The nearest beach is a pleasant stroll away, just 2 km
THE SPACE
It is a very bright and airy place to stay. The nature of the construction makes it a cool and very well-ventilated space, but it has quiet standing fans for those hot summer days. Almost everything in the house is new, and the decor has been carefully selected from demolition sales, thrift stores, and flea markets over the past few years while the house was being built.
Amenities and Common Areas
The bed in the master bedroom measures 140x200 cm
The bed in the second bedroom is a 160x200 cm sofa bed
There is a free-to-use washing machine in the kitchen, and a partially covered clothesline on the second floor.
The house has two powerful, quiet fans.
High-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace.
We do not currently have a TV.

It’s located in the historic district and surrounded by charming neighborhoods where you can go out for dinner or a drink; however, the accommodations are on a quiet, peaceful street.
The nearest beach is 2 km away (Cala Bandida). It has a pebble shore and very clear water. You can take a pleasant walk there from the accommodation.
