I have never paid so much for so little!

The room was spacious and clean.

There was a hotel sign above an apparent industrial wall outside of town with no obvious entrance. No one was there to let us in. Coffee in room was generic instant. Cost of room was almost 227 euros!

Not a hotel...

It was clean...beautiful area

We arrived early thinking we could leave our luggage in storage this service was not available..infact you cannot enter the accommodation until 3pm full stop as it has electric gates preventing you entering. Our room was huge but had a tiny ensuite with the shower not having a drain cover ( a hazard) and a broken shower fixture which meant you had to hold the shower head to wash yourself down also the shower enclosure leaked out onto the floor..less a hotel more a hostel..

Chaos at high price! AVOID!

Parking and size of the room.

Before arrival, No message from the hotel to inform they do not have a living person at the reception or the entire property. We only saw the key lock on the fence when we arrived at the gate, but no one sent us the code for the keys in advance, they also advertised reception until 23:59. There was no staff working at the property, we had to call the number asking how we could enter. The woman on the phone told me to wait, then she hang up. Then she sent me a message on booking.com asking me to WhatsApp her so that she will send me the code for entry. This is super disorganised considering most self check in hotels would have sent the code with clear guidance right after you made the booking and way before you arrive. She sent me the code finally but she sent me the wrong room number. Finally got to our room, Number 3, the sink did not work. I called her and was told no one was there to look at it and we should just move ourselves to room #2. We moved into room #2, the safe didn't have batteries and there was only 1 sheet on the bed, no douvets for the cold night of early April. We called her again and was told someone will bring the batteries for the safe "TOMORROW morning", what a joke because we were only staying the 1 night and needed the safe to store our valuables for when we go out in the evening given no one works there no security to this hotel whatsoever, how does it help if the batteries were coming the next morning? Coming back to the bedsheet - We found 2 single douvets in the cupboard, but the bedsheets was a double, we needed 1 more sheet to cover the dirty douvet. She told us to take the sheet from the bed in room #3. Why was i not surprised to be told to self service again? The bathroom is a joke, it's what you find in a caravan. This hotel is supposed to be 3 star, they charge people €160 a night in low season and they provide only chaos - no staff working or to secure the place during their supposedly check in hours.

No se respetó la hora del desayuno.Es de 8:00h a 10:30h, Llegamos a las8:00 en punto, pues a 8:15 cómo tarde, teníamos que marchar,pues íbamos a una competición. El comedor estaba cerrado,no había nadie,hasta 8:09,y claro,nada preparado,con lo cual cogimos algo rápido. Después de escribir mensajes,y llamar por TF,a un número que pone en recepción,no localizamos a nadie,ni siquiera nos han contestado.No suelo ser crítica, pero para mí,es un suspenso

La habitación genial. Tema piscina deberían poner unas normas de convivencia por la gente maleducada

Habitación grande y limpia. Cama comodisima. Contaba con nevera y aire acondicionado en la habitación, una maravilla.

La piscina en las zonas comunes la gente se dejaba las toallas y guardaba las butacas para ellos y no dejaban al resto tumbarse cuando ni si quiera estaban. Un poco más de educación y si no están que recojan las cosas porque es zona común, no su piscina privada. Y la piscina le faltaba un poco de limpieza.

Es un hotel con muchas cosas a mejorar, no hay trato humano allí no hay nadie por wasap te explican que tienes que hacer y no ves a nadie allí para atenderte, el desayuno es muy básico, las habitaciones no están sucias pero o te pones el aire acondicionado o te ahogas porque no hay ventanas solo la puerta de entrar a la habitación , no me ha gustado para el dinero que me ha costado

Muy mala experiencia. El hotel (más bien es un bed & breakfast) no tiene servicio de recepción ni cafetería, contrariamente a lo que informa booking. Sólo hay personal por la mañana y el resto del día no hay nadie hasta el día siguiente. A nuestra llegada y durante el resto del día no hubo nadie en el alojamiento para atendernos, dejan un teléfono de contacto, el recinto estaba abierto “de par en par” con la puerta corredera de acceso abierta dando sensación de inseguridad. Dejan la llave de la habitación en un cajetín en el exterior de alojamiento. Desayuno flojo. El baño de la habitación era minúsculo (sobre 160 cm x 0,90 cm). Además no tenían hojas de reclamaciones.

Bien para pasar el paso o si vas a estar un par de días

La ubicación es cómoda, cerca de la carretera y a las afueras del pueblo lejos de todo el montón de veraneantes, si buscas algo más tranquilo está bien.

Entrar y maniobrar en el parking si tienes un coche grande es complicado, además sino llegas temprano es muy probable que te quedes sin sitio, puede que algún otro huésped te bloquee la salida del inventando sitios que no existen. No nos hicieron la cama, la chica vino cuando estábamos terminando de arreglarnos y le dije que salíamos en 5-10min pero ya nunca volvió. Poca atención en ese aspecto.

En general está bien, habitación amplia, cama y almohadas cómodas, buena piscina. Parking incluido.

Falta personal, sólo vimos a un par de chicas que se encargaban de las habitaciones y del desayuno. Agradables, pero en ningún momento encontrarás nadie en recepción. El checkin te indican cómo hacerlo por WhatsApp; en ese sentido es cómodo, pero da un poco sensación de hotel fantasma. Por otro lado, el desayuno es demasiado básico, teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación. La ubicación es la que es, está un poco alejado de Jávea, pero eso ya lo sabíamos.

Es ist ein motel. Das Zimmer ist groß. Die Anlage sauber.Der Pool sehr angenehm . Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt.

Der check-in muss verbessert werden.Man bekommt die Instruktionen in spanisch per WhatsApp. Eine vorab- Info nach der Buchung wäre hilfreich. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. Das Bad ist sehr klein

La habitación espaciosa, la chica del desayuno muy amable, se estaba tranquilo. El check in fue fácil y nos pusieron una botella de vino tinto a nuestra llegada.

Me cogí el alojamiento de miércoles a domingo para que mi hija de 11 años pudiera disfrutar de la piscina, los únicos 2 días que nos salió el sol, la piscina estaba verde, con el agua turbia y no nos pudimos bañar. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero la fruta estaba incomible y solo tuvimos opción de leche vegetal el último día.

Tranquilidad sobre todo, desayuno espectacular, ubicación a 2 minutos en coche del centro de Jávea, la gente amable, el único inconveniente si se quiere dormir más de la cuenta a partir de las 8 horas se escucha pasar los coches. Resumiendo calidad precio lo aconsejo.

Ett litet trevligt motell

Lätt att komma in. Vi hade rum (nr 3) mot gatan som var rätt trafikerat , men rummet har varken morgon eller kvällssol. Fråga därför efter rum son vänder mot trädgården. Rummet var stort med stor säng som var för mjuk för mig. Rent och snyggt annars. Frukosten var enkel men helt ok. Flickan i köket var mycket vänlig. En bit att köra för att hitta affär och restaurant.

Det lagde rigtig langt fra alt. Og så var der en hovedvej lige ude foran. Og det er ikke fordi der lige kører taxier ude foran. Slet ikke så idyllisk, som det så ud på billederne Toilettet var småt og der rendte vand ud på gulvet når man var i bad. Vi spurgte om dynebetræk, fordi vi tænkte at temperaturen ville blive lav om natten, og det kunne vi ikke få første dag, men fik at vi at vi bare kunne slå AC til, som larmede vanvittigt meget. Det var mere et hostel end et hotel.

Agradable.

Muy buen trato por parte del personal. Habitación amplia, limpia y bonita. Dispone de parking y piscina con muchas tumbonas y sombrillas, que en el mes de julio se agradecen. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Como se ve en la foto, cada habitación tiene una terracita pero no está cerrada por delante por lo que no puedes dejar la ventana abierta por seguridad e intimidad ya que todas las habitaciones dan a zonas de paso y no hay otra ventana que te de luz natural.

Hotel muy acogedor, relativamente cerca del pueblo de Jávea. El personal muy amable y servicial. La piscina es un puntazo y tanto las habitaciones como las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Un detalle el agua de cortesía en la nevera.

Las almohadas no son muy cómodas. El baño es un poco pequeño. Por la noche se escuchan los coches pasando por la carretera.

Lamentable

El hotel es nuevo o está en mantenimiento. No sólo no tiene cartel identificatorio, sino que tiene uno de Hostal Jávea; pasé varias veces sin entrar por esto. Llegué sobre las 22 horas. Ahí me informan que me darán 3 llaves, de la puerta de la habitación, de la puerta hacia la recepción y del portón de ingreso y que el de la recepción está hasta las 23 horas. No me dieron los datos de wifi, y cuando lo fui a usar (no había ningún papel en la habituación), contacté a la dueña por mensaje y me dijo que tenía que ir hasta la mesa de la recepción, que allí estaba escrito. Cuando voy a salir, era una oscuridad absoluta, no había ni una sola luz prendida por si algún huésped necesitaba ir a la zona de la recepción. Siento que pagué un dineral solo por dormir. Si toda esta información hubiese estado en la descripción, elijo si lo tomo o no. El problema es que en ningún lado dice que se manejan de esta forma.

Todo lo demás. La cama es súper cómoda, la piscina muy relajante y nuestra habitación tenía vistas al montgó. Esta apartado de todo el centro turístico pero con el coche estás enseguida. El personal es muy agradable y da gusto como te reciben.

Intimidad. Solo con las cortinas consigues que no se te vea desde fuera, lo que quita la luz natural
