Unfortunately for the owner the trees on the side of the house were removed by the golf course. This did change the appearance as viewed on Booking. The owners did immediately make improvements for this change. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. I was able to use the heated spa daily which was great after golf.
The patio could have used some cushions for the lounge chairs

We enjoyed all the amenities that were provided. There were more than enough supplies that we needed such as tableware, towels, and condiments. The pool was very clean as well as the entire house. We enjoyed having a tv in each room. We loved the couple of pool toys provided especially since we don't own a pool and wouldn't have any. The house is very spacious and beautiful!
The staff at the security gate weren't very helpful and we wish there was an easier way of going in and out for shopping. Aside from that it's was a marvelous stay.

what not to like about property?
we did receive a surprise request for a $300 cleaning fee after our booking. that was subsequently negotiated to $150, which still seems like plenty since we were asked to clean the kitchen and take out the trash.
