The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks.
When entering the community, you must enter and exit on the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. Ubers and Lyfts are more than welcome to enter the front gate.
Trash days are Mondays, if you can take the garbage bin to the curb the night prior and once the trash is collected if you can roll the bin back into the garage it would be greatly appreciated.
This home does not have access to the community amenities (tennis/pickleball courts, gym, and pool)
Pool maintenance and landscaping crew will be by every Monday and Thursday
Pool heating fees will apply. If you choose to heat the pool, there will be a daily $50 pool heating fee. This is fee just covers the cost of gas to heat the pool.

Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.

Management was very helpful, quick to respond to questions, and proactive. Very close access to Polo Grounds but don’t plan to drive yourself. Getting back to the house after the festival prevents you access on Avenue 50. But management very helpful information to get around, including a list of Golfcart drivers within the community.Everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked for us. Beds were comfortable. And location is great to get to Coachella, the reason for our visit. We will keep this property on our list for future visits.

This house is well provisioned for cooking, conveniently located and very comfortable. We enjoyed walks in area and golf in the local course. Great communication from property managers Would highly recommend
