Pool + Spa: $100/day • Spa only: $50/day • For consecutive, back-to-back days of pool heat, please ask if a discount may be possible • Pool heat is recommended during the months of Oct –Apr • Pool Hours: 8am–9pm Sun-Th; 8am-10pm Fri & Sat (per city law) • 💳 Payment due minimum 24 hrs before check-in (pool requires advance notice to heat) • Guests must rinse 🚿 before entering & shower fully after (prolonged saltwater exposure can irritate skin) • ⚠️ DO NOT alter pool heating schedule or any iAquaLink settings — extra charges apply if gas bills spike or damage results to system from misuse ⚠️

This house is amazing and what you see in the photos is what you get--full on Palm Springs vibe!! The house was exceptionally clean, towels were available and the bathrooms also had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. We had everything we needed and appreciated that everything was labeled...cabinets, remotes, switches, plugs. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, coffee maker etc and there were some basic spices and coffee available as well. There's also a mimosa cart ready for you to use! Once you are close to your arrival date you are sent an online instruction guide on how to use everything in and out of the house, which we found extremely useful (also very well done). There is an umbrella you can setup in the shallow portion of the pool for some shade. We brought floats but I saw some in an outdoor bin. In the evening you can adjust the pool lighting colors to your liking. The patio has outdoor fans and hanging lights setup so it was comfortable on the patio in the evenings. We were there the first week of June so we didn't need to heat the pool, just the hot tub. AC worked perfectly in the house. We've already booked out next trip! Highly recommend!!

You can't go wrong with this lovely home.
The listing represents the home accurately. It's well located. The hosts are accessible, communicative, and provide detailed information through a well-designed app about anything and everything you might need/want to know.
It was squeaky clean, well-supplied (for both indoor and outdoor living) & had lots of ammenities.
It was decorated tastefully - with fabulous Palm Springs flair!
Both indoor and outdoor living spaces were well-appointment.
The hosts really thought of everything - from great water pressure in the shower stocked with shampoo/conditioner & body wash, a well-appointed coffee bar, luxurious bath towels, a Bose sound system, extensive barware for both indoor and outdoor use, well labeled cabinets so everything was easy to locate, comfortable beds and so much more.
We enjoyed a relaxing week - soaking up the sun on the lounge chairs, floating in the pool, grilling with family, watching movies, beating each other in ping-pong, and soaking in the hot tub.
You can't go wrong with the Indy Oasis!
