This is the second time we have visited it, an amazing place, very clean, excellent location, stunning pool, the owners and employees are kind and pleasant, everything we asked for was answered positively and courteously and abundantly with a smile, there is no doubt that we will return again and again

1. Rooms are very nice 2. Pool is beautifull and clean 3. Everything is quiet and private. (We used to listen music on 30%, but it doesn’t bother others) 4. Owner was really nice 5. We got little present at leaving (even bottle of wine twice during stay)

We didn't like breakfast. It's not bad but we would like something cooked. (You get box with food day before)

The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent beachfront location, just a few steps from the sea. The property offers all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, and Anastasia was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always friendly. We truly appreciated her hospitality, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The cleanliness could definitely be improved, and housekeeping arrived around **3:00 PM**, when we were trying to rest. The breakfast box concept is interesting, but the contents were exactly the same every day. It quickly became repetitive and wasn't particularly filling, as it mainly consisted of bread with no variety at all. The biggest issue, however, was the ceiling fan in our room. On the first night, at around **1:00 AM**, it suddenly turned on by itself at maximum speed. Since we had no remote control, there was no way to switch it off except by removing the room card, which also turned off the air conditioning. Opening the balcony door wasn't an option either because of the loud music from the tennis courts opposite the hotel. We reported the issue the next morning and were assured it would be checked. Although the following night was fine, the problem returned on the third night. After several calls to reception, we were told a technician had been contacted, but no solution was provided. We were offered a complimentary bottle of wine, which was appreciated, but we were refused a remote control that would have allowed us to turn the fan off ourselves. Eventually, we discovered that our fan was linked to the neighboring room and started whenever they switched theirs on. Despite being told reception would speak to our neighbors, nothing changed, and we had to resolve the issue ourselves. Fortunately, they were very understanding, but it was disappointing that the hotel never provided a proper solution. The beach in front of the hotel was also unexpectedly expensive and very rocky.
