Iza Hotel

We stayed for a short night but everything was great. Really loved that we had a free bottle of water in the room. Everything was clean, the shower was amazing. The restaurant was good, a lot of options to choose from.

The breakfast was buffet and had a lot of options, but there was no hot or cold water, and not too many options to drink, except hot milk and milk chocolate.

Nice and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Plenty of free parking place..

The hotel is located on the main road a couple of km from the city. The vies are some automatique car washing. The gentleman in the afternoon reception shift was polite but obviously could understood limited English. Since I am carrying some medicine that need to remain cool i have 2 small ice packs. The mini refrigerator in the room could not frozen them therefore I asked him, in very simple English,, to put in a freezer in order to become solid frozen .He just put them in the selves of a regular refrigerator so next morning I received them exactly as I delivered them. Obviously, although he declared he understood, he had understood nothing of what I had requested. It is minor but quite inconvenient since next day I had to drive for many hours with my medicine not properly cooled.

Not enough traditional dishes at breakfast

Spacious and clean room. Modern design. Big and safe car park. I got upgraded which was great! Staff were friendly and helpful but some of them didn’t speak English.

Bathroom was relatively small. The toilet bowl cover was not in appropriate size. Water spilled out when you flushed! It was very annoying! No electric kettle, you need to borrow at the reception. No cups, coffee and tea, etc.
