I loved the traditional style of the building - it was great to have a balcony overlooking the courtyard and comfortable room.
The breakfast provisions could vary widely from day to day - the coffee machine often required maintenance, and sometimes the food trays/cereal containers were empty and cutlery empty.
Side note: a lot of swatted mosquitoes on the walls around the bed.

Located in the centre of Sighet town and has easy access to many places. The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast is excellent and some local style food items can also be found on the buffet table.
No airconditioner. Although my staying day was not so hot, but it might be dangerous without airconditoner in summer. No elevator for upstairs and had long stairway climb up to the 2nd floor with luggage. The bathroom had problem with drainage and flooded after taking a light shower.

The room is pretty large. The beds are reasonable. The omelet for breakfast was good.
The place is not well maintained lamp was not working and the toilet roll holder were broken, rusty radiator, wash basin was loose). It is next to a grill restaurant, so when you open the window and balcony door to let some cool air in, you get the BBQ smell as an extra. Parking is free in the street, but you end up parking some 150m away, because it is full. There is no place to put your toiletries next to the wash basin.
