It is clean.
Poor facilities for the price. More like 20 min walk to the old town. Many dogs barking during the night.

The host was very kind and helpfull(she lives in the property,at the base floor) and the location was easy to fine.Has all you need for a conftable stay.
Maybe the many stairs you have to climb for accessing the rooms.For me this wasn't an inconvenient.
