The Salt Flat - Salt Lake City

The location and vibe of the apartment is neat!!

Could use some black out curtains also towels were limited. It is a bit confusing to find in the building.

The home wasn’t super clean, we found pieces of clothing around and there was lots of dust/debris on the floor.

I loved that this apartment had character and lots of good space! The TVs were great, loved the kitchen and living room. I liked the secure parking and easy access to parking once we got the gate opener. Location was good and we were able to walk to where we wanted to go! Glad to not have to pay extra for parking like many hotels in slc.

The door to the apartment wasn’t locking when we left. We could lock the deadbolt at night, but when we wanted to leave, the keypad kept asking us to log into the nest app and set up a new door code. So that was a bit concerning when we were out and about, but we figured all would be okay since the gate to the property and the door to the warehouse both required a code to enter. More toilet paper would be good, but otherwise everything was awesome! There was lots of noise as we expected after reading reviews, so if you want a quiet stay then look elsewhere.

The location was excellent for our stay as we were attending a concert at the Delta Center 2 blocks away so could walk to the venue. The locked/gated parking was a security plus for our stay. The bed was comfortable. The Flat was well stocked in the kitchen.

The Flat had not been well cleaned.. There was hair in the bathroom sink from the previous occupants. There was animal hair on the headboard of the bed. There was a dirty wash cloth left on the bedroom floor from previous use. The water dispenser on the kitchen sink is not connected to the counter so hard to use. The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was having problems and the sink would not drain well and there was dirty water that came back up into the sink from the disposal side of the double sink. The TVs said they had guides as to how to use them but we found no guide for either TV. Had to plug the TV in and unplug it to get it to come on and off. Dirt from long time not being thoroughly cleaned in the bathroom and in the main bedroom.
