Location.
Windows needed some cleaning and bathrooms could be updated. Decor is minimalist.

The property was in a great location, beautiful community very close to lots of golf, beaches, restaurants, and attractions.
The unit itself was older, a bit run down, the furniture wasn’t very comfortable and the tap water was undrinkable.
