About this house rental
Windward Village 123 is located just inside the beautiful gated community of Shipyard. This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse has two master suites, making it ideal for couples. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the Guest bedroom has a Queen Bed. Each bedroom has a private full bath with a shower/tub combo. There is a half bath upstairs, with a spacious living and dining area. Enjoy the serene screened in porch for relaxing or eating outside, it is located off of the living room. This townhouse offers a great view of the pool and hot tub area which is located just steps away. Recent HVAC and water heater replacement. Your vacation awaits! After we opened up the windows and balcony door the odor lessened.

Such potential in a great location, but overall not worth it. Overall unwelcoming/uncomfortable furniture except the couch. Silverfish in the bedroom closets and upstairs bathroom. Very loud renovation in the next door unit with a huge dumpster out front. Dated and poorly appointed kitchen. Uncomfortable beds and pillows with poorly fitted linen. Thought about trying the extra pillows in the closet was concerned they were had silverfish on them. Satined bathroom towels. Ripped curtains on the hard to slide slider to the screened porch area. Location to the pool and hot tub great, a real sweet spot. I wanted to love it but overall it was an uncomfortable stay unfortunately. Some simple refreshing would make such a difference.
