Updated luxury 2 BR Evian condo on the golf course in Shipyard. Wonderful updates with hardwood floors, updated kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, relax on the deck overlooking the golf course and large bedrooms make for a very nice vacation home for you and your family. Kitchen and living room are on the main floor with both bedrooms upstairs. Guest on the foldout couch have access to half bath in the downstairs hallway. Wonderful amenities in Evian with community pool and free tennis courts only seconds away. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. Two free Shipyard parking passes and one is a free Shipyard beach parking pass or you can bike or walk to the beach too. Great location. 110 Evian in Shipyard is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Master bedroom has flat screen TV, high ceilings with walk in closet and very nice updated master bath. Great views of the golf course from the Evian condo. The guest room has a queen bed, private en suite bathroom, flat screen TV and plenty of room. The living has a fold out couch downstairs with access to the half bath. Every bedroom has sheets and towels provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes. The dining area overlooks the living room with views out to the golf course. The veranda is covered so you can relax and enjoy the view.
Shipyard offers miles of bike paths to enjoy on shaded trails. You can bike, drive or walk to the beach in Shipyard. You get a beach pass to park down at the Shipyard beach house when you stay at Evian. Shipyard has 27 holes of golf only minutes away. Shipyard is located near shops and restaurants on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head offers over 200 shops, 250 restaurants, 30 golf courses, 17 miles of beaches, 117 miles of bike paths for your great family vacation.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at this villa. We love the layout of having the bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is very warm and welcoming. We'll be back.

The Location was great, we have stayed in Evian before and like the closeness to all the great "hot spots". I felt the pictures of our condo were a little deceitful; the condo is perfect size wise, but it could use some updating. The carpet and kitchen counters could use updating and a fresh coat of paint throughout the condo would make a big difference. We did receive a new gas grill which was wonderful, as we grill every night and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was very helpful and kind.
I am going to go off track here, I realize everything has gone up in price, but we have been coming to Hilton Head for approximately 15 years and absolutley love it, but I believe we are going to be priced out very soon. The rental fees are getting out of reach, which you are not the only place. I have been having a hard time finding a place for our getaway next year, but I will keep trying. Thank You Again.

Owner needs to take care of deferred maintenance. Walls need painting; screen door needs repair; cobwebs and bugs removed; please have condo thoroughly cleaned! We found dirty serving bowls in cabinet; doors and hand rails dirty; 1/2 bath had fake eyelashes in sink and dirty floor; bedroom sheets were dirty from prior guest. Property manager offered to send someone back to clean but it would have taken days. I am admittedly a clean fanatic and like things to be very sanitary.
