There is a new 65" flat screen smart TV above the fireplace, a new flat screen TV in the master bedroom and in the guest bedroom.
Walk through the door to relax and enjoy the remodeled villa in Evian. This is an end unit with large windows on three sides.
The kitchen opens to the living room and dining room and features new granite counter tops which wrap around the kitchen. A great granite serving area between the kitchen, dining, and living rooms is perfect for meals and entertaining.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and food preparation with new small appliances. There is a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, range, and a pantry for storage.
The living room is bright and new with a granite top bar & sink and a tiled fireplace. Brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. The adjacent dining room is open and airy.
French doors lead from both the dining room and master bedroom into a private patio with exquisite views of the lagoon and golf course that are just steps from the villa. New patio pavers. The patio has both a covered veranda and an open area and is equipped with a patio table and chairs, two chaise lounges and outdoor sofa and two gliders.
The large en suite bedroom is bright and sunny with large windows and french doors which overlook the lagoon and patio. It has a king size bed with a new 43" tv, sitting area with love seat to enjoy the sunshine and the view.

The home appeared clean and was decorated with such an amazing beach vibe! The functionality of the kitchen was excellent and we had everything we needed and more!Cindy went out of her way to be helpful! Sending recommendations for restaurants and fun activities…she even arranged for our hanging clothes left in the villa to be returned to us! 10stars and we hope to go back!

We had a great time in this beautiful Villa. The wildlife was amazing. The beds were comfortable and Cindy was always available to answer any questions.

Wow! The villa was fantastic and as advertised. The outside seating was fantastic! More than enough kitchen utensils/gagdets. I wish there was a grill. It is not the owners fault, it is an Evian mandate. Other than that, it was a memorable stay and we hope to be back soon!
