The house is large enough to accommodate 2 families, and it is located in a quiet and nice area
We arrived with freezing temperatures around 9pm and we entered the house the temperature was set at 55F. The heater system while it works, it took several hours until the following morning to get to a comfortable temperature of 67F

Great spot for a group or family. Bedrooms on each floor offer privacy. Well furnished and lovely property with spectacular views.
We were there in summer and there is no AC. Fortunately, it's cool in the mountains at night. Blinds or shades in the living room would have kept the sun out in the hot afternoon.
