Welcome to "Our Nest" located adjacent to Owl's Nest Resort and at the entrance to the White Mountains! Escape to our newly built, mountain-chic home which is situated to enjoy north-west facing views overlooking the second tee box of Owl's Nest. This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house with a game room and secondary kitchenette, offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic mountain touches, accommodating up to 10-12 guests. This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house with a game room, secondary living room, additional kitchenette and oversized mudroom, completed in 2024, offers the perfect blend of modern comfort with classic mountain touches, accommodating up to 10-12 guests.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an oversized mudroom featuring heated floors and lots of cubbies for all your outdoor gear! You will also find a laundry closet with a washer and dryer along with a half bathroom in this space. As you turn the corner you will be wowed by the natural light and view in the expansive great room featuring vaulted ceilings and a stunning wall of windows on the north-west side of the house, offering picturesque valley views with mountains in the distance. The open layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating an inviting space for gatherings with family and friends. Adjacent to the main living area you will find a game room with shuffleboard, electronic darts, custom made bar and a streaming tv.

- Third Bedroom (lower level): This room offers a queen-size bed and streaming tv.
- Fourth Bedroom (lower level): A fun, bunk room, accommodating up to 4 guests in twin-size beds, ideal for extra guests or children. Streaming tv.
Kitchen, Dining and Living Room:
Enjoy stunning views while preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen which boasts modern appliances and ample counter space including an expansive island with room for 5. A dining room table with room for 8 is flooded with natural light from the expansive windows is the perfect place to enjoy a meal after a long day on the slopes or the golf course! Also in the great room is a cozy living room with large, leather couch and gas fireplace.

Lower Level: Radiant flooring throughout, the lower level offers a secondary living room and kitchenette. A perfect hang out space for kids or separate space if housing multiple families. Such a beautiful home. Very clean and new. Beautiful furnishings. Kitchen well equipped, The grounds were stunning and a gorgeous view. Small note about tv, not all apps were pre-loaded on the tv. if you’re a college football fan and want to watch the games, Fubo is not available. We watched them on my laptop, so not earth shattering. This house is very, very nice and close to exit 28. Definitely a must stay. Sarah the owner is very responsive and answered all our questions. Check out time is 10am, a bit early, would love to see that changed to 11am. Thank you for being great hosts!

This is a great house. We were at Owls nest for a wedding and it had great access to facilities as well as golf! Would love to stay there again!
