This immaculate home is situated adjacent to the 1st green and the 18th tee at the only Jack Nicklaus designed course in Northern Bew Hampshire. With one of the best panoramic views on the course - it's a perfect vantage point to literally watch the world go by; the ever changing sky, the shooting stars and amazing sunsets. This home features a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining area, vaulted ceiling great room with with beautiful stone fireplace; 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 10 w/ extra bed in pull out sofa bed for up to 11. The rec room with 55" TV is a perfect place to watch a movie or play video games. The bright and breezy sunroom overlooks the 1st green and is a great place to watch some unbelievable putts! There is also a large outdoor deck with propane fire pit for late night gatherings and star gazing and an 60" outdoor TV. It's truly a vacation home to enjoy activities for all ages including hiking, golfing, year-round platform tennis, 7 clay tennis courts, 13 pickleball courts and sledding, skiiing, sledding and and snow shoeing in the winter season. Nearby ski resorts are Waterville Valley, Loon & Cannon Mountain. Nearby attracations are Lost River, The Basin, The Flume, Clarks Trading Post, Whale's Tale, and of course some of the best golfing and hiking that New Hampshire's White Mountains has to offer!

This house made our weekend celebration perfect. It had enough room for our family and was exactly as described. The golf was perfect. Rick was wonderful to deal with and very responsive when I had trouble getting the tv to turn on. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back. The views and location are amazing.
