A lovely short stay

The property is located in a charming area, set in a small cul de sac of other similar properties. There is a lovely walk around the back of the property and and bbq area available. Although we only stayed the night, it is clear that this would be a great location from which to visit the area for an extended stay. Lussac Les Chateaux, Chauvigny, Isle Jourdain and some of the Loire valley castles and within easy reach. The host was friendly, helpful and very kind.

Clean, air conditioning and private parking

Bed was not so comfortable as the mattresses are too soft. There was times in the evening when no warm water was possible anymore for a shower.

Very nice hosts. Warm welcome Comfortable bed Lots of extra, bathroom products, teas, coffees oils etc Amazing value for money Easy parking outside the front door Kitchen with plenty of equipment including dishwasher. Certainly exceeded our expectations A chance to purchase wines, beers etc and ready made meals and desserts for not a lot of money.

We had a problem with the heating and electrics, within 10 minutes it was sorted out. Couldn't ask for more very efficient and customer friendly.

Superb

My wife and I were very satisfied with everything at Le petit monas. The accommodation has been extremely well designed. All the interior fittings including the kitchen and bathroom are of a very high standard and the bed was very comfortable. We only had a one night stay in the accommodation, but we would be more than happy to stay at the property for a longer period should the need arise. Should you wish to purchase any of the selection of grocery, snacks and drinks available in the apartment they are all very reasonable. The check in/out process was very quick and easy.

Perfect peaceful stay

Kevin was an an amazing host. He was flexible with check in time after we had been denied accomodation in Chevigny due to double booking. His English is excellent and he took the time to welcome us, explain about the area and apartment. Spotlessly clean, amazingly comfortable pull out bed. So many lovely touches. All food wine and beer available to purchase in property. I can't recommend this peaceful haven any higher. Amazing. Michelle ensured check out was smooth and was also lovely.

A beautifully quiet spot, just a perfect studio for 2!

This little studio really did exceed our expectations - it was exceptionally clean & well thought out with plenty of extras: a cooler with wine, beer & water along with other groceries/local produce to purchase if required. It was SO peaceful.

There really is nothing negative, but a long handled brush or small vacuum cleaner to clean the floors would be useful, as we had been walking with our little dog and our boots were quite dirty, sorry. We really wish the owners the best of luck with their venture.

Week-end très agréable au Petit Monas!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce studio, neuf avec tous les équipements de qualité nécessaires, la literie et les sanitaires également. Une épicerie sur place bien pratique pour dépanner et déguster des produits de terroir. Dans un cadre arboré très charmant et accueilli par une hôte Michelle très chaleureuse et professionnelle. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et nous le recommandons vivement merci Michelle.

Fantástico apartamento y excelente anfitriona

Michelle es encantadora y está dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Nosotros somos 4 y a través de la plataforma tuvimos que alquilar dos apartamentos separados. Ella nos escribió para proponernos un cambio a uno más grande y, por el mismo precio de dos noches, nos ofreció tres. El apartamento era hermoso, estaba muy bien cuidado y decorado con muchísimo gusto. La cama del dormitorio y el sofá cama son muy cómodos. Michelle ofrece, además, algunos detalles de cortesía que se agradecen mucho (cápsulas de café y chocolate, bolsitas de té para el primer día) y una muestra de pasta de dientes, cepillo de bambú, jabón... por si uno se ha olvidado de los suyos. También dispone de un armario donde vende productos a un precio muy razonable (nosotros consumimos un paquete de spagettis a 1,5€ y un paquete de pan de molde, también a 1,5€). El apartamento en el que nos quedamos todavía no tenía tele instalada porque lo acababa de reformar, pero la iba a incorporar pronto.

Paramos en Civaux porque teníamos un concierto en otra localidad cercana. Lo que no sabíamos era que nos íbamos a encontrar con una central nuclear. No se ven desde el apartamento, pero si sales del jardín (que es hermoso) y te vas al fondo del mismo, se ven las dos torres con su vapor de agua que impresiona (también se ven cuando llegas por la carretera y forman parte del paisaje de Civaux). Ni mucho menos es algo malo del apartamento (que lo puntúo con un 10 sobre 10 sin duda alguna), pero sí que creo que es importante saber esto con anterioridad para decidir/valorar si la ubicación del apartamento se ajusta o no a las necesidades de quienes viajen...

Agréable logement pour deux, calme, confortable et très propre dont l'hôtesse est très accueillante.

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la propreté , le confort de la literie et la clim qui était vraiment bienvenue après une journée très chaude. La mise à disposition par notre hôtesse, de nombreux produits alimentaires moyennant un prix modéré, est une très bonne idée qui nous a bien été utile lors de notre arrivée tardive. Emplacement à mi-chemin sur notre trajet pour rejoindre la bretagne . Trés bon accueil et conseils de Michelle . Michelle nous a offert thé et café pour le petit dejeuner .. Un petit frigo et quelques denrées alimentaires sont proposées à un tarif raisonnable. Les boissons fraiches étaient les bienvenues en cette journee caniculaire .Petit Appartement bien agencé.Michelle à peaufiné les détails pour rendre notre nuit très agréable. Nous avions besoin de nous dégourdir un peu les jambes après être reste longtemps assis. Michelle nous a recommandé le tour du lac tout près de l'appartement . Prestation de qualité , moins cher qu'une nuit à l'hôtel .

L’accueil, rien ne manquait dans cette petite maison, pour prendre le petit déjeuner ainsi que les repas. Linge de maison et literie, parfait. Au calme, avec un grand jardin arboré et clôturé pour le chien. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
