La ubicacion del apartamento esta muy bien. Esta muy cerca de la estacion del metro. Hay supermercado y restaurantes alrededor. Es bien amplio y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Los electrodomesticos funcionaron bien. La informacion para accesar al apartamento esta muy clara y es fácil ingresar. Muy bien el llavin de seguridad de la puerta principal.
Mucho ruido externo, poco espacio para poner la ropa, el microondas estaba sucio, hay poco utencilio de cocina, no hay cucharas para cocinar. No estaban listas las toallas para todas las personas que estabamos en el apartamento, tuve que comprar 2 toallas. Hice la consulta pero hasta el dia siguiente me indicaron donde las guardaban pero ya las habia comprado.

房间很大很舒适，配套设施餐具等很齐全，温度适宜，暖气很OK 位置也很方便停车，房东是个很有艺术品味的人，很精致的装修
唯一美中不足是卧室靠近街道 偶尔会有人声

El apartamento es muy amplio y todo nuevo. La ubicación, el metro a dos minutos del apartamento y sólo a 4 paradas de Alexander Platz. El barrio es peculiar, pero puedes ir tranquilo por las calles y tiene muchos restaurantes ( Sirio, Vietnam, Indú, Chino...). Hemos estado a gusto.
No nos han gustado los colchones y almohadas. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, los suelos sucios y el resto podían profundizar un poco más. Ĺa entrada para acceder al apartamento sucia y muy dejada. Faltan algunas sillas, platos, cubiertos, vasos, tazas, copas, paños de cocina. 1 mantel, 1 minipimer y 1 exprimidor.
