حبيت في هذا السكن النظافة وجودة البناء والفرش كان نظيف جداً ويتسع ل10 أشخاص تقريباً ويوجد مطبخين تحضيريين واحد في الاسفل والآخر في الغرفه العلوية بالطابق الاول ومدخلها منفصل من خلف البيت ويوجد في المطابخ كل الأدوات المطلوبة لتحضير وجباتك الخاصة وجبة الغداء او العشاء ويوجد ألعاب للأطفال مثل الزحليقة والمرجيحة وتعامل المالك كان طيب جداً انصح بالسكن فيه مشرف مجموعات المسفار أبو وائل
الطريق غير معبد قبل السكن بأقل من نصف كيلومتر لكنه ممسوح ومناسب للسيارات الصغيرة
