This is a budget room, so keeping that in mind, it is in a great location, is a good size room clean, comfortable bed, good hot shower, a bigger than usual fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, dishes and washing machine. It is not really a guesthouse, but a flat/apartment that has been divided into hotel-like rooms.
The biggest problem is the scary dilapidated building. There is no one to check you in, and you just follow the instructions, which is not so bad, except there is no signage and the place is run down. There aren't even enough lights in the building so we had to use our phones to find our way and fumble with the lock box and keys. You have to be pretty adventurous/brave. There is no AC, but there was a fan, and you can open the window.
