Konumu çok iyi. Evin içi konforlu ve modern. İhtiyacınız olan birçok şey var. Yatak rahattı.
Binanın giriş kısmı çok eski ve daireye varıncaya kadar neyle karşılaşacağınızı tahmin edemiyorsunuz. Daireyi bulmak için yapilan yönlendirmeler yetersiz. Binanın dışında tadilat olduğu için bulurken zorlanabilirsiniz.

El apartamento es súper bonito, grande y cómodo. Ubicación excepcional.
Le falta algo de menaje de cocina, no hay sartenes, ni horno. Una lavadora también sería muy útil.

Дуже гарний стиль квартири. Світла, простора. Великий плюс - окреме ліжко за дверима
Є певні поламані деталі, підніматися сходами на третій поверх, дуже сильний (занадто їдкий) хімічний запах прального порошку (постіль, рушники)
