La cocina bien equipada y con lavavajillas, decoración moderna. Limpieza impecable del piso y del portal. Las vista desde los balcones y el amanecer muy bonito.
El aire acondicionado (modo calefacción) ubicado en el salón tiene dificultades de llegar hasta el dormitorio y el baño.
