Simply beautiful 😍

The 3 apartments we'd booked were wonderful. Well situated and well furnished, perfect for our overnight stopover. Simple instructions to enter the properties, and parking is only a few paces up the road. The view across the garden area to the Seine was wonderful 🥰 We were able to communicate by WhatsApp with any questions we had during our stay, which made it easier. It was a shame we didn't stay for a long period, as it had everything we needed. Each flat is far from basic, having a fridge and other useful kitchen items was really helpful. We'd highly recommend stopping here. We had the top two flats (pink and black rooms from the photos) and they felt luxurious to stay in. We also had the black room with a sofa bed on the 1st floor, again a quality feel but this has the view 👌 I've included a photo I took (unfortunately the pool wasn't for our use). This had two full-length windows which meant you could drink in the view, and relax 😌 We had a lovely stretch of our legs walking along the Seine. The apartments and area far exceeded our expectations 🙂

A very minor issue was trying to work out how the ovens worked. We couldn't find a manual, so simple instructions for which setting to use would have helped. We did Google and still struggled 🙈

Clean, well equipped and peaceful ☺️

Great communication with owner and easy to find, location was good, and it was clean. We haven’t used washing machine but they were all clean, no black mould which was a bonus knowing I am sleeping in a clean bead. Quiet property with great view of garden, perfect for short stay.

It’s quite clean and comfortable apartment with kitchen and modern facilities. The view from room was stunning, so beautiful to look over Seine river and sky

Easy access, also in the night (key box). Clean and modern. For the price a positive surprise.

Directly on the road but you don’t hear the cars in the appartment. For a longer romantic stay not the best, but for quick stay ins very good price value. We were on a bike trip and therefore optional.

Very good price to ratio

When we arrive at about 14:15, the apartment was not ready, but the kind staff make it clean in 20 minutes.The apatment was very clean, and nice with a very nice garden view.

- An air condition could have been good on that sunny afternoon, as there are large south-west oriented windows. - The shower is dangerously slippy! Pay attention! - The beds were not so comfortable for us, because we like the harder mattresses, this is not a fault, I only mentioned it. - A bit far from Rouen downtown, but you can get a bus near the house.

Comfortable, clean and modern studio rooms ideal for an overnight stay.

Easy to find and access. We rented two of the studio rooms and both were very comfortable and clean with nice views of the river. We just stayed over night on our way home to the UK from the Dordogne and the kitchen area was ideal for preparing a simple meal for the family. The owners lived on the lower floors but kept out of the way and we didn't see them although it was useful to know they were around if there were any issues. Good value for money and ideal for what we needed. We would certainly recommend Le Medicis and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

No major complaints at all. The only slight drawback was that the property doesn't have it's own parking but there was a public parking space straight across the road so no real issue.

Brilliant location for our requirement. Excellent communication by host. Clear directions made it easy to find in the dark. Compact, but perfect for our needs. Very clean. Lovely view in the morning! Host went above and beyond to help. Thank you.

Nothing special, different problems without solution.

Seine view, but just in the corner of the window..

NO internet at all. Neither on the TV, nor on the computer. The owner provided a password, but it wasn´t correct...or simply there was no internet service in the apartment, as I guess. Furthermore, if a client needs a sofá-lit for a third person, it means that I expect the sofá to be opened and ready to sleep on. because it´s the third bed for the third guest...it seems that most of the owners just ignore this important detail.

Well decorated and clean apartment close to beautiful old town of Rouen

Good location near Rouen. Easy to get into old town by bus. Host was contactable and replied with queries straight away.

Located under the roof, with narrow stairs to climb. But that can't be changed though.

the apartment was in the attic. outside the door was some washing machine and the place smell of very strong chemicals. kitchen utensils needs replacing urgently. Nothing to, do with the photo advertised.

Upon arrival, there was someone in our room by mistake. They’d used the bathroom already and the host quickly cleaned the room for us after the person left. There was (still?) hair in the bed though, and the room was very dusty. The cups and the cutlery weren’t clean either…

All you need for a good price

Studio was very clean and comfortable for a short stay. There was a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, modern yet cozy bedroom. Small details like a plant on a windowsill, coffee and tea in the kitchen, view of the river&garden made the stay even nicer. There is a wee parking lot across the street with enough of space to leave the car. Hosts were very friendly providing all the information prior the arrival as answering the questions quickly.

We love our stay a lot, however a bathroom rug and a little lamp in the kitchen (above the stove or on the windowsill) would have made it even better.

Vue sur la seine, équipement récent, joli mobilier, décoration avec goût, très propre, explications pour accès logement et consignes très claires et détaillées, température agréable dans le studio et insonorisation efficace par rapport à la route, heure de départ 11h00 très appréciable.

odeur de friture en rentrant, le lit double est en réalité deux lits simples donc on sent la séparation au milieu, il manque un plaid sur le canapé et des petits coussins pour ajouter du confort, la pomme de douche est désagréable par rapport au jet d'eau.
