Cleanliness. Hosts are stars.
Kitchen is cramped and not well equipped. There is no room for more or better equipment though.

The pristine cleanliness, great shower pressure, and the facilities.
Having to agree to an arrival time when it was a self entry via key box. The housekeeper pointed out the correct parking space and then disappeared. The unlabelled bottles of mineral water. The difficulty of fitting the key back into the lock box when leaving. Not being able to check whether the security beams had been switched on/off from inside the property. Bathroom floors slippy when wet. No fans or aircon.
