Location, location, location. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. We saw lots of whales directly from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood. The flat is big with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Spotless clean. Highly recommended

It was self catering.
If you can add one or two higher, than the couches, comfortable chairs for older guests to sit on and get up out off please. The shower door is very narrow and a bit of a struggle for old ducks.
