Hotel Reverie - Dependance, Check-in at Metropolitan Star

The location is perfect, with a tram stop nearby and easy access to many of the city’s main tourist attractions. It made getting around and exploring the city very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment needs some important improvements. There is no mini-fridge in the apartment, which is quite inconvenient, especially when you would like to keep some water or other drinks cold. The mattress and pillow are terrible. I normally have no problems with my back, but during our entire stay, I woke up every morning with severe back pain. Also, when I made the booking, the listing stated that the apartment had air conditioning. This is only partially true. There is a small, vertical air-conditioning unit in the apartment, but it can only cool one room. When you close the door to the second bedroom, the cool air does not reach it, and the room becomes extremely hot. As a result, we had to keep the door open for the entire stay.
