This hostel has no physical check-in desk, and everything is handled online. Despite being told I would receive an email with my door lock PIN, it never arrived. When I contacted the property, they unhelpfully told me to "check my email" again—still nothing. I only managed to get inside because another guest was kind enough to share the PIN with me.
Beyond the check-in disaster, the facilities are lacking. There are no lockers for luggage, and the shower rooms do not have locks, which is a major privacy and security concern. Easily one of the weirdest and most poorly managed hostel experiences I’ve ever had.

Cannot fault location or price. You get what you pay for because all accommodation is expensive. There is no tv. The air-con drips water. The shower is good.

They charged my credit card 93 Euro , than sent me Slovakian e-mail which I don’t understand. Finally got English e-mail saying that I got to fill out some form. Where was the form I never seen at e-mail. I showed up at the hostel there were 2 other people trying to get in, we didn’t have PIN code. About half an hour later we managed to get in the building, I couldn’t get in my room cause I needed 2 more PIN code, there was a gentleman who spoke Slovakian help me out so got PIN numbers. I never seen any place like this in my entire life. Cleaning lady I just met this afternoon don’t speak an Englis
