Worth the money, must visit

It was one of the best stays, value for money. Room was big, lots of space for luggage, comfortable bed, good lighting. The owner was good, intellectual person. They have a beautiful terrace, the locality is very good, peaceful and clean. Worth the price. We extended our stay because of good space.

They don't offer food, you'll have to order it online or eat outside. It would be better if they offer food, simpler locks on doors and a window in room as there's no ventilation in room.

The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby places.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt very homely compared to a regular hotel. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help!

There is nothing to say anything about dislike. It's like a home stay.

Avoid. The location is quite far from all central attractions of Jaipur. Used water bottle given.

1. The room was spacious and mostly clean. 2. The staff were not locals and didn't had much information about tourist spots but they were mostly friendly.

1. The washroom was tiny and uncomfortable to use with leaking shower. 2. The worst part was they gave used water bottles. They collected used plastic water bottles left by previous guests, refilled them and supplied those bottles to all rooms. This is unsafe and unhygienic; I don't want my family to use a water bottle which was used by someone else. They could spend Rs. 20 and give fresh sealed bottles, like all other standard hotel. They didn't have sealed bottle, even when we were ready to pay. Nor were any shops around as this property is located inside a residential layout. 3. The internet was not working throughout our stay, they kept saying they are fixing every time we asked.

Excellent stay

I really enjoyed Stay. We booked 3 rooms for my family. And totally satisfied and worth it . Staff was friendly and supportive. Will recommend this place to stay if you're coming to Jaipur. Really worth to stay at this price . Room was clean and comfy.

The Location.

The room was very dusty and untidy.Spider webs all over room.There was seepage in the wall.Bathroom door wouldn't lock properly.The biggest disappointment was the untidy room.It was dusty enough to get you allergies.The bed mattresses also were very bad.Could not sleep.

Owner didn't take his responsibility when my fingers got cut by washing the kettle. The room is at the basement, so the Wi-fi is really weak. When check-in the room is really dusty.

A decent stay. Manager ia really polite. Rest of the staff members must have little bit more smile on their face.

Location is nice.

No meals/ morning tea facility inside room. For breakfast it is difficult for senior citizens to climb upstairs and reach rooftop for breakfast. Family rooms are in basement without ventilation.

Staff Behaviour was fine. If they don’t have any amenities they told that very politely and calmly.

They don’t have restaurant facilities. No tea/coffee available If you are ordering for water for that too you need to wait for almost 1 hour They don’t have house phone available to communicate with reception They don’t have cold water available The room provided was located in basement where it was difficult for fresh air also No window or any ventilation

Extra mattress costs extremely costly for the on floor bed provided , 500 rupees per day, we can get a single room at this costs , extra mattress prices should be reasonable, annoyed with that . Doors aren’t good , locks don’t work
